We offer a comfortable, relaxing service to our clients. The massage shop will start out as a basic sole proprietorship. 2.3 Business Goals The business’s goals for the short term (the first year) is to hire 3-4 full time employees’ to work 5days per week and try to earn half of the initial investment. According to the survey I have done, in Melbourne’s massage business, shop owners pay employee by commission, normally there are 25-40 clients that come to the massage parlour every day, the weekly income of a massage shop in Melbourne Central is about $8000 to $18,000 per week.
